Open the above listed and necessary ports in the CentOS 7 firewall "firewalld".

Commands
firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=27238/udp
firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=27115/udp
firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=27005/tcp
firewall-cmd --reload

You can see open ports using this command
firewall-cmd --list-ports

[root@pirateshosting ~]# firewall-cmd --list-ports
22126/udp 22003/udp 22005/tcp 20080/tcp 27238/udp 27115/udp 27005/tcp

You use "--remove-port=" instead of "--add-port=" to remove ports. And remember to reload the firewalld service after removing or adding new ports.

firewall-cmd --permanent --remove-port=22003/udp
firewall-cmd --reload

How long are you around with VPSs? I remember you were on FreeVPS.us for a long time and now here, too. Probably also on other long gone Post4VPS services?

You probably just blocked a port that is needed for OGP or whatever by removing ports from firewalld. You can do what you desire to do. I have no idea about OGP or how it works.

However and advice from me to you. Learn how to use and configure firewalls like iptables, firewalld or ufw. ufw is a simple frontend for iptables usually used on Ubuntu but can be installed everywhere if really needed. Firewalld is the default firewall of RHEL and RHEL based Linux distributions.
