that is the maximum speedd . that 500mbps is shared through multiple vm but it still much faster than 128kbps  . you need to share it rhrough 4000 vm to achieve 128kbps per vm . and most host do like 50 shared maximum

true . rarely a dedicated server can hold that much vm anyway except it is a micro vm that is really small with less ram and resource use . kvm have some overhead that basically didnt allow that much vm if im not wrong . openvz maybe possible

usually some host have looking glass that you can see to determine how much downtime it have but not all host have the looking glass .

I haven't once experienced a downtime.  Have been using HostUS since February 2016. 

There was a major melt down of a disk event at end of December 2016 however. Like one of those that couldn't be helped. But the staff acted very promptly.  Notified every one.  I was even able to change my location at that time from the US to England.  Service is unbelievably fast and efficient.  Once you apply you get your VPS within hours.  Turnaround in support questions is also very short and very attentive.  I particularly like their ticket system that works with both e-mail and the Breeze Panel.  I feel very lucky to have this VPS.
