@Littlemaster [...] If you will use this as a business domain, I would prefer choosing a registrar with a good support like GoDaddy.

I find GoDaddy much too expensive.  Like they're one of those typical registrars who will rope you in with a very low price and next year you'll be paying more than the average renewal charge so they even out the costs.  Or you'll get the very cheap domain and then discover you have to pay extra to have the domain private.  They're much too commercial for me - tripping a person up as much as they can, or that is my experience - I don't trust them.

I much more like Namecheap as they're very good with services, their live chat support is the best in my experience and they have reams of documentary support.  Name Silo is also good.

@deanhills Agreed GoDaddy price might higher compare to other registrar but like I said if this is only for project purposes he can buy from cheap registrar somewhere.

You are wrong. Corrected. : Their renewal price is $8.89 for a .com So you are toally wrong unless you find  8.89 is extremely high renewal fee. Anyway I'm interested to know what's .com renewal fee at NameCheap. I couldn't find it in their site. They do have nice offer for those new domain extensions. ))

that is cheap unlike those 1&1 that have like near $20 renewal fee . 8.89 is much cheaper than the near $20 1&1 renewal fee . i forget exacltly . even $12.98 still cheaper than the 1&1 renewal fee

There are so many places which have cheaper renewal prices and better support than 1&1. Even Godaddy is better than them since their renewal price is about $14. I think Namecheap renewal price for .coms is between 10-12 usd.
