I have looked through many Server hosting sites and couldn't find a suitable plan for my needs.

I need these things in my server (it must have them!):
- It must be dedicated
- It must have at least 8 to 32GB of RAM
- It must have 1Gb/s link
- It should have Anti-DDoS protection (Size of protection doesn't matter)
- It must be SSD, should have at least 50GB in size

My budget for this server is up to 30$ a month. I can't afford 100$ a month so please don't post these offers.

I can assure you it will be almost impossible to a find a reliable and known provider that meets all your needs for less than 30 bucks. I do recommend you to look through lowendtalk/lowendbox for promotions/offers. But be aware that many of the new cheap providers disappear within a couple months leaving you stranded.
