Do you wish to try new CMS coming to the market. ie, other than WordPress or Joomla. I know about Drupal, but there are many new entries into CMS arena like OctoberCMS, PageKit CMS and MODX. MODX even have premium themes for sale at ThemeForest.

I would use octoberCMS as its the only one got my attention after WP, joomla and Drupal.

I want to try pagekitCMS that uses the Vue.js JavaScript library for it's backend. more modern than wordpress

There is another one called Garv CMS. I have not tried it, but it looks impressive from first look. I do not see why people would ditch popular CMS in favour of new ones.
