true. but you can use PPSSPP emulator in PC to. and its faster then in phone

Yea xd all have PSP but coming to India it cost 1.5k -2.5k only for PSP mostly ignore psps all buy PC ,ppsspp is free and good to for Playing PSP games but need ram+external memory up to 8gb to play PSP games without lag I played dbz games mostly as they can play without lags except dbz and some more games all will lag if you don't have enough memory in your phone !!

When the temperature is very high, it has chance of burning the circuit and destroying your machine. I think it is best to buy the actual machine to play the game because these machines are designed to play the games without problems.
