Even the paid webhosters don't offer dedicated IPs, only for optional price, because one IP costs about 3 dollars per year.

I would think that it's an IPv6 because IPv4s are expensive and we're running out.

NO, it's not dedicated IP but you can register 1 account per IP, you can see plans @ https://www.servewebhosting.com/hosting/free/

i don't know what location IPs are you pointing but our IPs cost way higher then that amount


sorry for misunderstanding guys, it's like 1IP 1 registration not 1 dedicated IP, if anyone want's a dedicated then they can order on additional cost, (also there will be some more plans i'm considering as add ons for free/paid) , also i prefer you guys to join our dedicated forum https://www.servewebhosting.com/board/ for other queries and support it will be easier for me to handel requests there
