It depends, if I have lots of stuff to do during the school session, I'd sleep for 6-7 hours. Otherwise, I would sleep for 8 hours.

I sleep 8 to 9 hours daily in winter ( current season ) but this duration will be decreased in summer.

Whenever I come to home from university, I'm tired too much but I cannot sleep due to the tests and assignments from university. When it's night I usually sleep right after eating the dinner so I get to sleep as much as I could so I'd say like around 6 or 8 hours.

It often happen people who travel by plane for long distances to a different timezone or skipping multiple nights to work or for learn and then sleep a little in the morning or afternoon. A few month ago I had this issue too.
Here is how you can fix it:
Skip a full night then next day go to bed at midnight, and then wake up early in the morning for example 6 am.
Next evening go to bed at 11 pm and wake up next morning at 6 am. Next evening go to bed at 10 pm, and so on. After the third or fourth night your inner clock will be back to normal working.

nice sleeping tutorial :Big Grin i ll try it too. because i have bad sleeping habbit
Many thanks to Abc-Hosters LLC and post4vps for the VPS 3  Party
