For me that doesnt work but luckily i can use my phone number multiple times to register a gmail account and even though i used to get it working it still ask for phone number in the end . Google security is very strong recently

You must change the IP and make sure the email you enter is not just any! Make sure all data data is correct xD if asked for a phone number try rebooting your smartphone and try again

as @YOuNeS_Dz said before, Creating Google Mail Accounts without Pairing it with any Phone Number will put you in dangerous of getting hacked without any kind of Recovery options except if you added any recovery emails...

@humanpuff69 i agree with you, it can be done easily to use your Phone Number easily if you wanna create multiple Google Mail Accounts while you don't have enough Phone Numbers...

For those who want to create an account use online android emulators like https://www.browserstack.com, you may require to sign up, I just created one account right now with google chrome in my laptop, this trick is great and I think it is legal too.
