They're currently giving 2 type Of VPSes, mostly the specs are the same but different locations, To apply for a VPS you just need 18 posts and 2 threads and to keep the VPS you must do 18-20 posts and make 3 Quality threads, this may change in the future but as of the type this thread is being written, these are the requirements.

Also they give away free money for posting, the system is still under construction but soon It'll be alive and kickin', they also make special offers if you negotiate abit!

Hmm, after my research the map is pointed at Roubaix, so is it hosted at OVH?
Most likely yes, I guess it's provided by Host4Fun as well as they do here?

I wouldn't call it CPanel as CPanel is a registered trademark of cPanel Inc and cPanel is a shared hosting control panel not a server management panel, i agree with @RickB as it is virtualizor panel.

how much posts can give us $1 from there?

I wouldn't call it CPanel as CPanel is a registered trademark of cPanel Inc and cPanel is a shared hosting control panel not a server management panel, i agree with @RickB as it is virtualizor panel.

I meant to say CPanel as a Control Panel, guess I'd stay more accurate next time xd
