Top 4 best online virus scanners
#1
Do you fear file, download software contains viruses? Do not worry, there are the best online virus and malware scanners I will introduce in this article.

1. Jotti's Malware Scan
2. VirusTotal
3. F-Secure Online Scanner (Download without installation)
4. Metadefender

Conclude:

The online virus scanner is a useful solution to help you secure your system, however, keep in mind that these tools can not replace your primary security suite because:
  • Need internet connection to use
  • Most only meet a specific requirement
Therefore, you should only consider it as a secondary security layer and have proper usage.

Having fun

At least, I reviewed that VIRUSTOTAL ! It Is The Best Virus Scan Because Of Its Features That Can Detect Malware From A Website, Even They Are Not Only One Scan But Scan To Root Roots I Really Like VIRUSTOTAL

I use virustotal quite often.

There is virustotal API and I can submit my files via command line easily.

It covers most if not all major virus scanners, and should be more than enough for normal uses.

online scanner mostly used for proof that the file doesnt contain virus . proof for tools like cheat tools , bot , etc

It can also use to test your application to make sure your application isnt marked as virus

Problem is most of these have a file size limit. Can't scan big files. But in most cases Comodo block me download any suspicious file. BTW Mods should move this thread to general board. This has nothing to do with search engine optimization.

that is why it called as second layer protection . it is worth to use it on small file size but on bigger file it is much worth to just scan with your local antivirus even though it only scan using 1 antivirus instead many antivirus that the cloud scanner have . except if you have blazing fast connection that you can upload everytime you suspect a file it is still a second protection and also it doesnt scan it in real time like local antivirus has
