Cloudflare offers DDoS protection. I read that Torrent Freak reported a certain torrent site employed Cloudflare to block DDoS on their IPs

I'm not sure but I think that CLoudFlare's DDOS protection only protect server over http request.

Even if there was DDoS Attack normally OVH mitigates it (to a certain level~). So there is nothing much we could do .

IP of vps: 46.105.215.47 and last attack was about week ago after this I installed apf but it was blocking users of my ts3 server so I decided to remove it, maybe I did something wrong with apf.

You don't have to install apf, OVH's protection should work instantly. How do you know that your server is under attack?

No one can connect to ts3 server or view website and I cant connect to my vps through ssh.
