VPS 10 Can't login & can't get password reminder

Question 
Hello,

Today I received my VPS 10 server but I can't login to Virtualizor panel, because it says that bad password.

I tried to request password reminder by email but I haven't received anything.  


Please help what should I do :huh:

Is this a fresh Virtualmin installation ? I'm asking because Admin password is Root password of the VPS. If Admin password doesn't work try to login to VPS through SSH and see if password working or not. Or just reset the root password from your VPS control panel. (whatever it is)

I think you should explain your situation to the administrator of the VPS provider.

In Free VPS forums those VPS providers don't directly provide support. We are not suppose to contact them directly. Also Since he has problem in Virtualmin it's not something to do with VPS provider.

I have changed the password.
now try to login (view Your request thread for your new password).

Thanks, but now I can't try it, because I have been banned for 15 minutes. I'm going to try it at 00 minutes.

Now I can login successfully but it shows me this:

"You do not have any VPS in the account"
