I won great vps 12 from the last giveaway (many thanks for this great forum ), but i dont have account to access my vps control panel
so what i do if i want to reinstall my vps OS?

Hey,

Congratulations on winning the VPS.

To install/reinstall OS on your VPS, you'll have to PM our admins ( TrK, Dynamo ) which have access to the control panels, this method may seem tedious but they reply very quickly so It doesn't take much time.

Just PM them about which OS you want reinstalleda and they'll do it for you

to let me say there are more vpses that doesnt come with a control panel unfortunaly.
so if you like to have new os is by contacting the support.
