What is the difference between SAMP & MTA?

I suppose you mean it's associated with rockstar games which is false, It is written in the bottom of their website they've nothing to do with them.
Also it completely lost its popularity a couple of years ago I bet the avg player count is under 3k which makes MTA above it.

If you're still interested in SA-MP then you should take a look here www.open.mp It's basically a new mod being developed by Y_Less (An ex SA-MP dev) but I highly doubt that they're going to get anywhere since they're releasing a mod for such an old game in 2k19.

i dont know, i just like mta cuz easy scripting system and a lot of fun server and it easyer to use

undoubtedly mta is better in all respects and im opposed to your opinion.
in samp. maps and scripts are downloaded at random. after any use. but in mta you need to download them in 1 time.
