And,that means actually free is the "most costly" things.

Some SEO methods includes “putting many keywords in title”(just like "Home -Post4VPS,FreeVPS,Free website space,Free SSL,VPS")

But this has been proven as not effective and they actually receive lower ranks.

There are lots of backlink sites out there but I will advice you not to just post your URL links to just any site. You need to figure out relevant sites for your site and contents. This will be good for you at the long run because relevant sits and good contents will boost your site SEO.

Great suggestion about being careful where you post your back links. There are a number of hosts who have regretted this when they got black listed by Google for having back links to illegitimate sources. This can happen particularly with fancy "bulk" schemes to get more back links distributed. Rather have fewer back links and do them well as suggested by @nblinks. Make sure they fit in with your site and content.

You can try buying backlinks on SEOClerks or Fiverr but make sure you buy them from a trusted and rated user not just anyone and make sure they offer high-quality backlinks and if you are buying enormous amounts of backlinks make sure you tell him to drip feed to your website because google's algorithm can figure that out and the worst situation can be that they un-index your website from their search engine, the possibility of this happening is pretty low but why risk it when you can avoid it. or you can do guest posts on websites in the same niche as your website and add some do-follow links inside those posts or articles you can email website owners and they'll provide with the prices for guest posts, some can let you do it for free.

Shopping is generally illegal (in terms of Google Inc.) However, this will help your site. I don't think we should do these buying because, by doing so, we violate the right of other site's managers.
don't you think so?
Have you ever done it?
