Hello everyone. Its been long time since i made a tutorial. i want to say thanks to @Honey for suggesting me to make this tutorial.
Now Lets start. the bukkit plugin is used for adding special plugins to the minecraft server. and has a lot of benefits.
you can see the list of the plugins to bukkit here: https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins . place the plugins you downloaded in the
plugin folder. now to download bukkit you need to enter this link: https://getbukkit.org/download/craftbukkit and download the latest version. after that place the craftbukkit.jar in the minecraft folder. after that create a filer called run.bat
right click on that file and select edit. type in the run.bat
java -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit-1.12.1.jar -o false/true (set true to make a cracked server and false to make not cracked server)

PAUSE
save  and close the file and run the run.bat. thats it! you made the basics of bukkit plugin! dont forget! you can download plugins
to your server and place it in Plugins folder! hope i helped.

I have looked through many Server hosting sites and couldn't find a suitable plan for my needs.

I need these things in my server (it must have them!):
- It must be dedicated
- It must have at least 8 to 32GB of RAM
- It must have 1Gb/s link
- It should have Anti-DDoS protection (Size of protection doesn't matter)
- It must be SSD, should have at least 50GB in size

My budget for this server is up to 30$ a month. I can't afford 100$ a month so please don't post these offers.
