Does anyone have an documented experience on how different content management systems affect SEO? Are some content management systems better on some search engines than others? In what ways does various CMS structure contribute to SEO?

I did a search using the terms "vps locations" and returned no results.
Would it be possible show the physical locations of all available vps? Is it possible to request a location that is closer to the end user?
