Right now they've an activate VPS Giveaway, Don't forget to try give it a try

VPS Giveaways are done as a monthly giveaways, usually on 8-10th of the month. They're currently giving 2 type Of VPSes, mostly the specs are the same but different locations, To apply for a VPS you just need 18 posts and 2 threads and to keep the VPS you must do 18-20 posts and make 3 Quality threads, this may change in the future but as of the type this thread is being written, these are the requirements.
Also they give away free money for posting, the system is still under construction but soon It'll be alive and kickin', they also make special offers if you negotiate abit!

Since almost an year Google's algorithm does not favour websites which are not responsive. ie, you need to use a script which adjust itself to different screen sizes. You can always choose not to go with it but that would be at cost of " Mobile Friendly " tag vanishing from your site in Google search results. Google prefers that you offer a mobile friendly version of your website as mobile device users who browse web are in increasing nos these days.
Among CMS, both WordPress and Joomla are mobile friendly. They can adjust themselves according to screen sizes.

I am a big fan of Google Web Fonts. It is something every web designer should try his hands on. I normally add them to my CSS style sheets on forums using @import . You can see an example below
@import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans);
It is also possible to add it to a template. Benefit of using Google Web Font is a large collection of beautiful fonts and a lightning fast CDN to add fonts to your project.

I have seen Material UI. But still looking for an easy to material design framework. Something that would keep the idea of Twitter Bootstrap will be more than welcome.
I am a bit puzzled here. I thought I would start with learning Laravel 5. But it seems to me that learning PHP first would be the right way to go. May be I would give some time for PHP and get the basic right that putting my efforts directly on Laravel. Any opinion is welcome.

Has anyone here tried Ionic Framework. It is a HTML + CSS + AngularJS framework to build Android apps. I have used it an built a small ( for fun ) app. I haven't gone further since I could not find a place where I could clear my doubts. Ionic Framework 2 is in beta currently and still receiving great comments. I hope I could try to learn it by the time it goes stable.
Just wondering how we can add a colour picker to a theme as give in default theme at Post4VPS. Is it some plugin you have used @admin ? Would nice if you could give some pointers. Nice work by the way.
