My knowledge is quite limited here. I am looking for some pre made libraries as available in Android for iOS. Target devices are iPad and iPhone. Are there any free offers here ?

If you want to make games for iPhone/iPad you can try Unity. I'm using Unity to make games for Windows and Android but there is also available build for iOS.

dont forget the Xcode . you need the Xcode to compile it and Xcode only run on mac . so you need a mac to develop any ios or mac app
