Some VPS control panels like the one I have at HostUS is also excellent with how they work the password changes, but most of those functions can be done through the command line. Would be great if the host of the VPS that can't offer a control panel, offer the ability to reinstall the OS in the command line - although I can realistically imagine that wouldn't be possible.
And another problem without control panel is that you cannot start your VPS if it shuts down, here VirMach VPS has been shut down automatically for around 3-4 times in few months. Few days ago VirMach VPS was shutdown, and as admins were busy it took around 10 days to just start the VPS. Though i can't even find the reason that why it is getting shut down automatically. Though it happens rare and even resources being used are so normal, having normal CPU load, and the amount of RAM being used is all normal. Or maybe its their maintenance.
I hope something is done about it.
