Can you use dns servers to use your panel or not? if not try Google Public DNS edit in your network settings maybe it will get rid of your problem? first sort out your network settings go to Network and Sharing Center then click Ethernet then click Properties after that see Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) click Properties click Use the following DNS server addresses type 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 considered as your DNS servers.
