@FacTioN : i already use google DNS. its works perfect in last week. but now totally unreachable. all other browsing are fine and normal. only my panel page can't connecting. just search search and search. i do all known ideas to do this. as you mentioned. i already do but fails. and i got the conclusion that something goes wrong which only admins can fix.
