It's your responsibility, to keep it safe..
You can't blame anyone else for such activities,
If you were knowing that you won't be getting your VPS access for some days then you can keep it powered off..
Or atleast have some general quality of security in it.

Are you saying that im responsible because someone decided to DDOS the vps , lol im not sure if im able to do that since i cannot grant any Anti DDOSER for the VPS.

LazzyBoy Dynamo is right it is your responsibility to secure your vps if you will be unable to tend to it and secure it. It would have been best instead to just turn it off so it is off and no one can attack it then, but since it is your responsibility not my or dynamo's or anyone else's responsibility to secure the vps you are responsible for the situation and nodewatch automatically suspended the vps like it is supposed to as the excuse of I never touched it doesn't work you and you alone are responsible Dynamo will decide if it is worth it to give you one more chance or not because I would be too biased and say absolutely not which is why I am letting Dynamo decide instead. Once Dynamo reaches a decision he can pm me with his decision and we will go from there. until then the vps will stay suspended since I do not like at all this happening to start with as I informed you and so did Dynamo regardless of if you touched it or not you are supposed and responsible for securing it no matter what if you didn't want to do that; it is recommended to do as dynamo suggested and had it powered off instead.
