Do they charge extra charges like registeration fee and on because once i tried to buy a domain they told me 10$ per year when i saw they have deducted 15$ when i ask they said registeration fees and etc etc

No these are fixed price, and the offer price for domains is only limited for one year after one year you will need to pay regular renewal fee(thats really cheaper compare to other registrars).
