Well thats what I meant. You had a whole month to do the minimum requirement posts and if you had done it then you could have applied for the last available Windows vps here.
I read your question there are and as others had mentioned what you are asking is not very clear. Yes you can access Windows vps through phone using something like a Remote Desktop App which I also use. But I have no idea what you meant by " I want all phone can connect at same time they don't see each other ".
