because that would be incorrect unless you aren't using a free linux distro like rhel, or suse enterprise linux.
you aren't planning to use something that is cpu intensive like a miner or something that wouldn't work with openvz are you?
if so I would recommend you don't even try because you will be instantly suspended on the spot if you do that and I will inform the admins/mods to take action on you for it. CubeData's nodes are not for mining or anything cpu intensive as it specifically states "fair share fair use" cpu policy which basically means don't cause problems for other vm's on the nodes as if they cannot use their "fair share" of their cpu "cores" you are by definition violating that policy and would be considered doing "resource abuse" which is prohibited by most if not all vps providers anyway and they don't usually give you any chance afterwards except the select few that are "nice" but even they have a breaking point of "enough is enough" though.
that is covered in our TOS/AUP and you should read it because it outlines everything including what not to do and what is allowed & isn't allowed.
well that is not why im want a kvm . openvz forbid mining too by the way and almost NO PROVIDER in this world that is giving full cpu resource except vds and dedicated . the reason is because i want to run docker and i want to know the core count because i want to run a game server (no resource intense) and get the expected performance
i also will run linux . so no licsense required
