I think 50 is too much, People have a hard time posting too much post in a short frame to time and that what leads to spam and low quality post. I think freevps.us is much better in regards to posting requirements and other stuff

Those specs are outdated. I need to update the first post. Anyway latest requirements are,

• 10 quality posts before apply for Shared Hosting.
  
• 25 quality posts before apply for a VPS.
  
• 20 Monthly posts once you receive the vps.
  

Also their name has changed from GigaRank to GigaRocket.net
