		thats a good call deanhills. not having a cp suks too.
but i think i am slightly inclined towards higher ram and storage. so if i could choose, i would go for vps 9 or vps 4. even though they are openvz and stuck on older kernel. old does not mean bad. they are battle-tested.
kvm is good if you want windows though. but i dunno. may be by nesting, one could run windows in qemu over openvz too. though im sure that will be sluggish and bad.
