Just confused... What are you both talking about? I think, my hosting will be providing virtualizor as panel... Why to worry?

Apologies.    Maybe I wrote too much, but it's exactly what I said.  VPS 5 provides a hosting panel whereas VPS 9 doesn't.  It's not my main consideration though.  My main consideration is location and the fact that the VPS is from Hetzner.  That makes a huge difference speed wise as well as performance wise.  I've had a shared hosting account at another host since 2014 on a VPS from Hetzner and I know the quality of the Hetzner Datacenter is excellent. 

Finally, yesterday my VPS 9 VestaCP Panel DNS Server corrupted after an automatic update.  When my VestaCP had to be reinstalled, I'd have preferred to reload the OS first, which I was unable to do because there was no panel in VPS 9.  It did work out in the end however as VestaCP shows you how to force the installation, and if I'd been more patient I could have asked an Admin to help, but it would have been much more convenient to be able to reload the OS myself.  The whole upheaval of reinstalling the VestaCP and then having to load all of my domains and websites from scratch made me feel ready for applying for VPS 5 that comes with a Panel and has a location that is more ideal for the geographic area I live in.
