Hello,
Regarding the Hobbies Forum, I see the problem was that it was not shown in the Index page of the forum since default forum Settings allow only 2 sub forums to be visible,
Anyways, I have extended the limit, hence it's now showing Hobbies Sub-Forum too.
I hope this would completely/partially solve the problem.
