your ancestors killed animals. I'm not saying you with that hard that long. just be strong enough to cut down a medium tree with an ace without stopping or say running up couple of flights of stairs or running a mile and not kill yourself. being able to haul that 50 kg rice bag is good too.

on topic: Yeah I do agree with you on everything but there is one thing which you mentioned "Pushups" I can do everything you mentioned but pushups are too difficult for me and i usually give up after 3-4 pushups.
would be great if you do suggest some other exercises for increasing pushups ability
