Look Like The Corona Virus Will end if the vaccine is discovered, but it is possible the virus will mutate, and make the vaccine less effective.

And About Corona Cases is Higher Or Lower in some country, i think it depend on many Aspect, Like :

• Public awareness of Corona Virus, if public not discipline wearing mask or using hand sanitizer, Or In the Other Case , if public think that corona virus is Hoax or think that corona virus is not deadly and like normal flu . Many People Will get infected easily
  
• How The Goverment Deal with corona virus , in some country the goverment applied Lockdown, but in some other country, the goverment just applied Social disctancing, more flexible  , people can get outside, doing normal activity but with new health protocol , etc . even further , some country doing mass corona test , so the total case will be look higher becasue all infected people is detected , and other country is not doing mass corona test , so the infected people is not detected and make the total case look small/tiny
