We operate more than 17 host systems in different data centers that we pay monthly. if necessary, we also provide more resources but only if it really makes sense. as virtualization panel we use Proxmox all VM are virtualized with KVM.

We using only Intel Xeon Processors E5 & E3-* v2 & v3.

So is there any way to monitor resource usage in these servers where we don't get any panel ? Because it would be kinda suck if things go out of control without knowing. If we can monitor bandwidth usage and other things we can avoid this kind of problems.

nixstats or check inside the system. There are bandwidth monitoring tools available for linux servers.

It's fair-use for bandwidth. You can use it as long as you don't abuse it. I don't think you will go over 100GB of bandwidth usage though.
