Anyway, personally I learnt a good part of French using the mobile app Duolingo. I'll give an honest opinion, it's one of the best interactive language learning apps out there. You don't feel the need of having a teacher or an instructor, nor someone with whom you could chat in French and improve your fluency. The app has anything and everything that you'll ever need for learning a language from scratch.
