Agree that 10MB/s is slow for a server. But it might be issue with Speedtest server's instead. I also didn't notice any kind of extreme lagging when using the VPS though.
But if I can get it faster, I will be very happy to do that. Your global speedtest also show the same, around 10-20MB/s mostly for each server.
What should I change if I may ask? I don't change anything about the networking since I don't have any experience in that. So I just leave it as it is. I don't know if Cyberpanel changed something but it shouldn't.
