Best way to check there previous Record and give him chance with some deduction of credit in penalty. it's more good to keep them alive as a part of us. as compare to loose them. if he is faulty he always to try to do this again. and then board should be ban him permanently.

i agree . give him a chance . but if he do that again you can ban it permanently . but if you dont want to give a chance that is your choice to do so
