1. as i already said not only Rsync i tried to install manually too.
2. for example my first server is xxx.xxx.xxx:27015 and for 2nd server obviously i've to change port. What you mean don't have to change the port?
3. Panel working fine.
Please help me. as i said if i install SAMP server it working only MTA:SA aren't working even 1 MTA:SA already working
