I know it's been a bit late but now I am here atlast.
Now coming to this year's surprise,Since majority of the VPS Holders haven't completed their December's Post quota we have decided to exclude all VPS Holders from this month's post quota because we don't want to spoil our users winter vacations by forcing them to do their monthly posts
