Actually this is what I was try to explain. "Proper Domain Name for that Site or Title" - This is something totally outdated. They have stopped caring about domains in keyword long long time ago. Now you can buy Pineapple.com and then setup a site targeting "Nuclear waste" and rank top in Google for it. Today, Domain name is all about branding. It has very little SEO value. This is one reason why it's important to stay upto date with search engine optimization concepts and trends.

Also Copyright laws has nothing to do with search engine optimization. It's important for hosting and domain and also for things like AdSense, Amazon affiliates etc. That's inside scope of search ranking. Do a search for Anime and Manga. Most of those sites rank top have content which go against copyright laws.

But again these are genera SEO things rather than related to Title tags.
