NOTE: i would like to mention that banning using ip is not that good a practice. especially that now most providers are putting people behind NATs , cause of shortage of free ipv4 ip.

Yeah, I know that but I am doing that due to some ***** members actually I will use it for the game server and there are many other ways but still those hackers changing those things very quickly and the only way for me now is to ban those IPs.
Also, i had searched but the results were not accurate and the site you gave looks good till now.
@chanalku91 I checked your link and so far there is no wrong result but still, I have to check whether its detecting VPNs or not.
