Face Masks - choosing better masks to be safer from COVID 19

This study published in a very important journal says,

if even half the population wear good masks carefully, then it will have enough overall impact to halt the exponential growth in patient numbers.

So our question is, what constitutes a good mask then ?

here is a study that says stitched quilting cotton fabric face mask is best in stopping the tiny droplet jets.

https://aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/5.0016018

it uses two layers. I read somewhere that WHO is recommending to use 3 layers.

so now you know the material.

about design... it should match with your face as best as possible to minimize air getting in n out through the sides. so face hugging designs are better.

please don't use those tiny bands of clothes with elastic bands on both ends. they are shyte.

here is a Washington post link with great DIY mask design guide.

EDIT. PLEASE DON'T USE MUSKS WITH VALVE. the valve let's you exhale easily. but it increases risk for others. musk is meant to protect those wearing it as well as others around them.
Sincere Thanks to VirMach for my VPS9. Also many thanks to Shadow Hosting and cubedata for the experiences I had with their VPSs.
