Open Game Panel is better for me since it has a multi server feature (I'm planning to fork it then modify the panel layout to use bootstrap though)

I already tried my hands on the panel's theme structure but looks like that it's really hard to design theme on suck structure since we need to use hooks nearly everywhere.
