for me i almost doesnt get a problem with linux . even though i get it a simple google search will fix it . the problem with windows vs for me is that it eat more resource when idle and also it is slower because linux have less background application and for me for server i better use linux instead but there are a problem with linux . it isnt as familiar as windows but learning linux is totally worth it

and if you want to apply windows vps unfortunately VPS 3 have bad internet speed and VPS 2 and 13 is taken and also VPS 6 have the internet problem but not as much as VPS 3 does

first of all. you got vps 9. and i got vps 1. it isnt the same. and i dont care if it has internet connection problems... just windows

EDIT: another issue im having. i cant reinstall the os or change the os... nothing happn when i press the reinstall button in the control panel
