You can install ClamAV via the command line with
sudo apt-install clamav
Then simply install ClamTK for the optional GUI.
I use for my VPSs. its fine for basic scans..
but if your system files are infected, then I suggest to have a clean format of you PC( before make sure to have important files backup after scanning them).
