Just a quick suggestion it would be a good idea to check if your CSS files are loaded or not, by any chance you are using a cache plugin? if yes try to clear the cache and also do one thing install autoptime to fix the mixed content if you are not able to do that manually it will fix the most part of your website. You can also checkout the developer console to identify the resources conflicting your ssl policy.
