I am a true member of this family. so i definitely praised this modification. it is good to prevent from this kind of abusers. also if you make it on monthly bases it will works more good in my idea. for example.
This month Credit : 100$
Total Credit : 1000$
and the monthly credit is renew every 1st of the month.
and make a rule to seek the goal to get your vps alive. like goal to complete minimum 50$ credit to get your vps alive.
