That's a more suitable name. I wonder if he has stopped giving away domain names. Anyway it's an on / off thing rather than continuous. I haven't been there for a while now because I got busy with other stuff and there weren't much activity. Plus I asked to cancel my vps to save points but it didn't happen for months.

Domains are still given away as far as I know.
Regarding the points lost, PM corey or post a support thread.

Same happened with me, they cancelled my vps, but points are still removed every month.

I have PMed like 5 months ago, 5 times, but no answer.

I have PMed too and If you check the support forum you will find a topic asking to cancel the vps but still no response. If even owner is not bother about support then it's time to jump the ship. That's when I stopped been active there.

Corey is busy most of the time. Of course he would prioritize his hosting company over FVC. Also there are real life issues.

I do agree with what HR said on the forum before though. The mods should have access to a reseller panel so they can help manage issues.

Of course that's a must. There should be more than one person who has access to reseller panel. This is one problem we had at freedomain.club. Always had to wait to Corey if something goes wrong no matter how urgent the situation. Often I had seen moderators become helpless when desperate members keep asking them for help. I hope he has done something about it this time.

I do know this issue. I myself has been affected by this.
I think corey is still finding a solution to this. (AFAIK he isn't using a reseller account for deplying the VPSs)

Also the IP Issue can only be fixed on the host node AFAIK.

Coreyman should do something about it, the old moderators, were also not given any access to do anything with VPS, because i am sure one person cannot handle everything, he also owns a company, so very hard to deal with it.

I heard now free vps are in a separate node form his paid customers. Which is a good move. Also that let him give access to his staff members so they can sort out problems more quickly and timely manner. I think that's biggest issue site has.

Just an update!

Corey changed the name from freedomain.club to freevps.club!
We are looking for a new logo design! Winner will get 50 points which is a month of VPS on our forum :p
