So far they haven't added a renewal method so yeah it will last as long as they run the project. But it's better vist their forum and post few posts weekly or monthly and find out what's new there.

Nothing need to do for renewal as far as I know, but of course you have to make sure you will not violate their terms of use.

But....... forever? I do not think any free VPS can really be last forever. Even for Galaxyhost, they did giveaway free VPSes in the past but then terminated later. Not they just restart the plan.

Of course I also hope that this time they can last longer. But there is no guarantee.

I registered on their forum, but I don't visit it daily, nor weekly.
I wish that they're going to send a newsletter or a warning if the server needs renewal.
JanuszC is the owner of the company and he said something about the "one click" renewal when the project started a few months ago, but now I can't find more about this.

I think that they will stop the free services as the overuse of clients.
And their forum got deleted / moved to another place
