You bought a Ubuntu? Isn't Ubuntu is open source?

BTW I don't really bought any windows OS, because our PC and my laptop had already pre installed windows OS with license stickers.

You didn't buy Windows 10 Tongue . That's free. Big Grin

windows 10 is NOT FREE. They offered a free upgrade. But you would still need to buy a license key if you want to install it on a PC without any OS installed.

WRONG!! Windows ME (Millenium Edition) is not the same as XP. Yes, it is based on the same (at the time new) kernel Windows NT, but other than that it has almost no relations to XP. It is a more similar to Windows 2000. Btw, never intend to use ME for real workload. It's a crappy, unstable, operating system.

Windows ME was basically a personal version of Windows 2000. Windows ME has more multimedia support. When I got first very first Desktop computer I installed 4 operating systems in that. Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and RedHat Linux.
